SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Policy

At Opulence Wellness & Medical Spa, we are dedicated to ensuring safe and efficient shipping for all our customers. Non-custom orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. In the rare event that an item is out of stock, you will be promptly notified.



If your order requires customization, such as plating or resizing, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We offer various shipping options, and the method you select during checkout will determine the arrival time of your order once it leaves our distribution center.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: FREE SHIPPING ON ALL DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected. If you need your order by a specific date, choose the express shipping option or contact us for shipping time confirmation.

International Shipping

International buyers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes associated with the item. Please note that we have no control over these charges, as import policies vary widely by country. Contact your local customs office for further information.

Each package undergoes a unique processing procedure at customs, which may take several days or longer. We strive to assist you during this process, but please understand that we have no jurisdiction over international customs procedures. Once the product reaches customs, the customer is responsible for any customs retention and must work with their country's customs shipping department to retrieve the items. Opulence Wellness & Medical Spa is not liable for customs-related delays or refunds once the product has shipped.

RETURN POLICY

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase from www.opulencemedicalspa.com, you may return the product in its original packaging for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After the 7-day limit, returns will be accepted for store credit. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Please note that Opulence Wellness & Medical Spa does not cover return shipping costs. Allow 7-10 business days from receipt of the package for processing and transit time for exchange packages.
